Examining Conflicts in Employment Law (EXCEL) is the premier training conference for Federal managers, supervisors and EEO practitioners. This annual EEO conference is sponsored by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency responsible for enforcement of EEO laws in the Federal and private sectors.
