11th Anniversary EXCEL Conference
Examining Conflicts in Employment Law (EXCEL) is the premier training conference for Federal managers, supervisors and EEO practitioners.  This annual EEO conference is sponsored by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency responsible for enforcement of EEO laws in the Federal and private sectors.  In keeping with its history, this conference features top-level officials from the EEOC, other federal agencies and nationally known EEO professionals.

EEO Seminars We highlight the latest EEO topics and provide expert presentations on EEOC policies and procedures at these one and two day technical assistance seminars, held in major cities throughout the country.  

Federal Programs
We offer a variety of training programs geared specifically for federal employees.   Our training is ideal for federal supervisors and employees, EEO counselors and investigators, agency representatives and attorneys, and everyone else interested in EEO issues and the practices that affect federal employees.  We offer standardized courses for EEO investigators, EEO counselors, managers and supervisors.

Advanced Federal EEO Workshop Series.  This series of Half-day workshops designed for federal EEO practitioners will be offered in Washington, D.C. from May to September.  Register now as many sold out last year.  Topics include: religion and the workplace, challenges in EEO compliant processing, age discrimination issues, litigating before and Administrative Judge, and performance conduct issues under the Rehabilitation Act.
